I wish my husband would get a hobby. Now he just sits and watches TV. Before he retired he did woodworking but got rid of all his tools when we moved. He keeps saying he's going to do gold prospecting but keeps finding excuses not to go.

Mine is a golfer. I see all the charges on the VISA and I can assure you that my hobby is not more expensive than his.

Hubby has his own 3 1/2 car man cave, heated, tools, tools and then the massive tool box they go in. 81 Camero, 72 Corvette (thats really mine, but he works on it. He loves camping (me too) This summer we have rented a seasonal campsite and I'm sure he'll be out there more than I will. He works hard and plays hard.

My DH does not have a hobby except if you call watching TV all day and all night a hobby... He is retired and has been for few years now and Gosh... I really wish he would find a hobby to fill up his time. :)

Let's see, where do I start. 1-Harley, 2 snowmobiles, 3-garages full of stuff, 8 semi-tractors, oh and his best things to play with- our 3 granddaughters.

My husband has an attic, garage, camper, utility trailer and a room in the basement full of radio control toys. Speed boats, sail boats, planes, jets, helicopters, cars, monster trucks, jet skis, swamp buggies, jeeps, you name it and he's got it. He also has a bunch of old computer stuff.

My DH has his Honda Goldwing motorcycle, a Ski Doo, a trailer for both, lots of tools and loves computers. We both love our 'toys'.... I have a bike as well and a scrapbooking and now quilting room as well.

I used to be a huge gardener, outside all the time, working in the many gardens I have in the yard. My husband has taken over the cooking for us (just 2 of us now). He's told my gardening friends, he does the cooking, so I can be out in the garden. Well, in the last couple years, quilting has taken over as my passion and I'm less of a gardener. My hubby still does the cooking, grocery shopping and is also helping with the laundry and household chores. Yes, I know - I'm keeping him! When our kids were young, I did it all, but didn't work outside the home, like I do now.
So I guess his toys are all the pots/ pans in the kitchen. He's got a well supplied workshop in the basement for woodworking, but doesn't use it much. Also several computers, but that's also for his work.
