I am thinking pillow cases and the book as a gift......if i can find the book.
That is my plan. One pillow case to go along with the book for a child next Christmas. Maybe then after the pillow case, there will be a scrap large enough to make a Kindle cover for myself. Celebrate my love of reading in a retro, yet very modern way!

I purchased this at the Quilted Shamrock, in Hudson, NH. Like other shop owners, she is struggling month to month.

Cute! Did you get it from a quilt shop?

Love it! I have not seen this one, but a friend gave me some "Little Golden" fabric with several characters on a yellow background. (gone now) There was the Saggy Baggie Elepahant, The Tawney Scrawny Lion (my adult son's fave as a child), and The Pokey Little Puppy.
It brought back so many happy memories!
Thanks for bringing them back again!
Blessings

It is wicked good. I don't know if "wicked" is only a good thing in the northern New England states but I use it all the time lately.

I looked for the origin of this post before looking at the fabric. Knew you must be from N.H. I was born and raised there. Have been in Tx. for 23 years now. Thanks for the blast from the past. Oh... the fabric is wicked cool!

That is such cute fabric. I wouldn't mind having some of that myself. Would make a cute quilt for a baby.

Love it! "Bar Bar" was my favorite book as a child.
