AngieS and jljack I love your quilts!
Here is a picture of the one I sent to my partner rehrensberger. She has been so busy with work...so I thought I'd put a picture up. It was fun making a quilt for her. She is a super sweet lady!!
The quilt you made for rehrensberger is so cute. :-D

Thank you Angie and Linda! I tried to experiment with different stitches this time. I'm normally a stitch in the ditch kinda girl. It was fun! I'm trying to stretch my wings a little at a time. :)

I think you accomplished your stretch. I really appreciate your play with the yellow fabrics. It adds visual texture and makes it look richer! :-D

ZJS-with all the stretching you've been doing lately, you are going to be 10 feet tall. LOL, I just meant you are learning so much, and doing such a good job of it. Keep up the good work! Oh, and btw, I love your quilt.

I received this wonderful quilt from beckyw who lives in Wisconsin. She chose the ducks on the pond because there actually is a duck pond in the center of her town. I love it because it reminds me of a duck pond in the town where I used to live in New York before I moved down here to Georgia. I really like the border fabric too which resembles tree bark and complements the duck panel perfectly. Becky was so thoughtful and also included a generous piece of beautiful floral fabric with the quilt. Thanks very much, Becky! Yours is on its way to Wisconsin and should arrive on Monday :)

I received the most adorable doll quilt from imjustme yesterday. I'm still trying to figure out where I put the camera--I'm sure it seemed like a good place at the time ;-)

Pictures to follow, I promise...

met yorkiemom this morning, we had lunch and exchanged doll quilts. This was my first Doll Quilt swap and she made it an awesome experience, the quilt she made was gorgeous!!! I had a great morning and really enjoyed meeting you, and Thank You for the beautiful doll quilt.

here is the back (almost as pretty as the front) the dark strip at the top is a place to put a rod to hang it as a wall hanging
