I echo that. Congratulations for having the courage to take all of them out at once.

Faith--all three are just beautiful! I think that the welcome wallhanging is really cute because I love all things with chickens. Can you please share the name of the pattern? Thanks!!

handquilting does slow you down a bit. I wish I wasn't so afraid of machine quilting. I have too many ideas and not enough time...hehe

Lynette
Lynette,
I have tried machine quilting but my machine isn't the greatest so it only does a walking foot .. no free motion quilting. Maybe some day ...
The christmas quilt will probably just get a thicker thread done with a bigger stitch. ( Utility Quilting)
Oh and if I opened the closet full of ideas.. .... I would be in trouble too! :D
Faith, my graduation motto ("58  ) was "ONE STEP AT A TIME, ALWAYS FORWARD." and I have had to stick to that when it comes to quilting. I don't free-motion either. I'm a coward, I suppose. So I stitch in the ditch and I cross-hatch. I would never win any contests, but the receivers of my quilts seem pleased. So, in time, maybe we both will do the more advanced skills. Good luck.
