My one and only Grandchild, Kilee is to little to really cal me anything so its usually mommy. But I have some close friends and their grandbabies call them Doc and Doe... He is a vet and she is a wonderful woman with elegant, quiet like qualites. Fits them both perfectly.

I am Granny! sometimes Granny Karen because of blended families with multiple grandmothers. One set of grandchildren used to call me Ingle Granny because my mother-in-law was still alive and she was Granny Ingle. (Ingle is my last name) They called their other grandmother Big Granny. Glad I didn't get that name!

I am the youngest of multiples too and "took" Granny D as my name. There is just Grandma and River Grandma as well.

DH is Grandpa and there is a River Grandpa and Papa.

Nonnie. None (No-nee) is Italian for grandmother. I have 3 step grandchildren and 5 of my own grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. With sooooo many grandparents we needed other names than grandma, which I do love. GK ages: 32 down to 5.

When my first granddaughter, Rachel, was born I use to call her and I would say "Hi Rachel, it is me Maw". I think that my son wanted her to call me Maw. Well, it ended up being Memom. So now my 6 granddaughters and 1 grandson calls me Memom. They also have a Mawmaw and a Happy Sue. Pretty neat when your grandkids come up with a special name for you. Love It!

We tried to coax Cayma as my name instead of grandma - but after several months of refusing suddenly my first grandson looked me in the eye and said, Gooma. So, now to all four I am Gooma.
