Minnesota was sold by Sears but the machines were made by Davis or National I think.
Boy the shop is sure busy with some wonderful machines finding homes or being drolled after. That Jones HC was awesome but out of my budget range.
Billy the repaint is beautiful as always. Look forward to the next pictures. Glad the weather is starting to cooperate for you.

This must be my lucky week. Another machine followed me home today, it was free. Just the price I like. A lady on my Yahoo group sent me an e-mail that her mom lives pretty close to me and wanted to get rid of a treadle machine. Her mom had taken the cabinet all apart to refinish it, but, she hasn't had time to work on it, so, she wanted to get rid of it. I called her last night and picked it up today. I'm thinking it is a model 66. The number is B90565 9 (the last 9 is down and to the right). I'm thinking it must be part of the number. If it is, then I guess it would be a 66 made in 1905. I'm so happy. Bob put the cabinet up above in the garage until I can get time to work on it. Sorry, no pic of the cabinet.
Todays find - 66?

I have been going nuts trying to find pourable Liquid Gold. No one carries it in my area. I got on the internet and Scott's is having free shipping through March so I order six bottles. That might last for a while. Cat

Laura, your Lotus looks just like my Lotus 66. I have not used it yet as I am having the cabinet refinished. Kathie
I'm trying to make room in my sewing room so that I can start cleaning some of the machines I have. Hopefully, I will get them done within the next 10 years. Lol.

I also see that some of the 99-13s came with a knee controller and some with a foot controller. How do I tell which one I have?
HELP!!! :-) Thanks!!

Anybody know what this little machine is? It's listed in an auction as a featherweight with a ? after it. I think they are just thinking because it's small it's a featherweight. It is a treadle it seems in a pretty ugly green painted cabinet.
maybe it's just sitting on a treadle cabinet
