Your quilts are beautiful. I started to make a kaleidoscope quilt a while ago but haven't finished it yet. I really need to get back to it. It's just one more of my UFO's.
    I'm from Utah too.

Is that Stack 'n' Whack? I haven't tried one yet--they're kind of scary!

These are stunning. I love kaleidoscope quilts. I love how the blue in the top one just pops out at me. It is kind of florescent look in the lgt blue. I just noticed there is also a cream/white/ or yellow (not sure which) that does the same thing. The second one looks like fall and I really love the ones at the bottom that looks like wreaths the way the leaves circle the inside. The last on is just so bright and cheery. You do and excellant job of laying them out.

beautiful! bookmarking, but intimidated too. I know I am not at this skill level, but also have visual problems, so, who knows, maybe one day I'll do a few and incorporate them with some other stuff. So pretty to look at, and I agree, the first one glows. Like all three :D

Your quilts are absolutely gorgeous....I bought the "ONE BLOCK WONDER" book. Is that the pattern you used? I have not yet attempted them...hae purchased some fabric, hoping that I bought the right patterns for this project....but can't seem to get moving on it. wondering if I will be attempting more thatn I can handle.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.....mj

Very sharp! You really do have an eye for color. The first one is my favorite!

My mother says she makes kaleisescope quilts but I have never seen one of hers. I'm not sure if she makes them like these or if she makes a different kind.

Since I'm pretty new to quilting seeing them the other day blew my mind away. ... finally a use for that weird fabric that I have gotten along the way that just does not seem to fit with any other project lol! I"m looking forward to making one.

A few of my friends are going to start a quilting group of our own. After going to the quilting guild in town and deciding that it was too stuffy. We would rather go some place and actually quilt!!! So we are branching out and going on our own. We are going to do one of these in one of our first get togethers. We are all intrigued by them. We are just looking for a place to meet right now...!
