    I do because it cost a 25cents so I RETURN IT every penny counts with me.

    Yes. In the past 2 days I have seen a cart left in the middle of a handicaped space and another one behind a car so that it had to be moved for the person to back their car out of the space. Really inconsiderate!
    I always take a cart left in the lot into the store with me. At least that gets one out of the way.

    i make it a point to park within 3 stalls of a cart return area.. that way I have no excuse not to return my cart!
