your just 4 hours away!!! Glad you joined.. I have only done 3 quilts to date.. lots of blocks and unfinished pieces and a few baby panels for shower gifts but am getting some great advise and ideas here.... you should take a look at the swaps, they are great! i Have participated in a few and love them!!! Even though we are in Canada we can still participate in the swaps!

Aberi ... thanks for the tips! I'm stumbling along and trying to get up to speed fast enough. Though spending time here ... is keeping me from quilting, which is where I MUST go NOW!! :lol: I want my Stained Glass done today!

I was quite pleased. VERY easy to do. What I call an no-mind quilt!! :)

When taking from your stash, they don't all have to be jewel tones. Though watch there is contrast between the darker ones and the dark lead (mine was a tone on tone black/grey); and the paler ones and the white lead (mine was a very nothing print).

A few of mine are just too close and don't show up as much!

I do love the quilt!!! :)
