Here is a recalculation of fabrics needed if you want to make the quilt larger, with the additional blocks, borders & swag. This measurement is for 94" square.
background increase to 9 yards
swag material (use whatever color you want, in example it is the dark blue) 4 yards
dark green for vines, increase to 2.5 yds.
everything else is about the same, if you want to increase any of the flower fabrics add another 1/4 yard to each color to be save.
Binding & backing are not calculated in these yardages, so I would suggest a yard for the binding and 10 yards for the backing to be safe.
If you want to do a scallopped edge on the quilt, I would bind the quilt in the same fabric as the background. If you are not, & are doing a traditional straight edge, you can use any color you want, maybe the same color as the swag.

Finally was able to finish one of the corner blocks. Here it is along with a picture of it next to the center block. Changed my mind on the ruching. Decided not to do it and just do the needleturn.
