Thank you all for the kind words. I do love this quilt...it was one of my earliest works. I forgot to show the backing. It is of the red and white striped as the border, and it is in flannel. Makes it all the more cozier! I had it missing for so long, I quietly (in my thoughts) blamed my ex for stealing it! LOL, anyway, I am going to fix up all the well worn imperfections and put it in the honor spot on the sofa for anyone to come in and feel right at home, cuddle up and stay warm. Also DEBCAVAN I too am in Wisconsin, so you are right on, it is very warm and perfect for our Wisconsin winters!
