Congratulations grandma to be!!!! The grandchildren
are sooooo precious. You have done a fabulous
job on the quilt. I think I would wait until the baby
is born to write any names or labels. But, that is
only my opinion.

When I got pregnant with my first, my grandmother bought our baby a Bible Story Book..and wrote something like this in it (today my son now has it..and he said he loves reading what she wrote and shares it with his two children now) We don't know much about you, but we are so excited and can't wait to get to know you better..as our hearts are pouring love to you now.

Your quilt is lovely, and the Beatrix Potter book is a perfect gift to accompany it. I am a grandma, and I suggest you wait until the baby is born to sign the book. It would be more personal to the child as he or she grows up, if you write a message that includes the child's name.

What a perfect gift for Mother's Day. I'd give it now and put the label on later so it has your "precious grandchild's name" on it. Congratulations to you Grandma.....wishing you many "Memory Days."

I learned not to give anything until the baby is actually born, Sister in law lost hers at 8 months pregnant. No more gifts before any longer.

There is nothing better than Grandchildren!!!! I would probably wait on the label until you know the sex of the baby.
