Very beautiful. Love your colors. Sounds like a light-weight quilt to me.

Thanks so much to all of you for all of your great comments! What I meant by "some don't consider it a quilt" is just that some people don't consider it a quilt if it doesn't have the batting and all the fancy long arm stitching. No offense intended to anyone, I think that those type quilts are beautiful too. I did work very hard on this piece, all I have is a regular Kenmore sewing machine that is 40+ yrs old, a card table with my alto quiltcut2 on it, and limited space to work, so it is difficult to work on a piece this size, it measures 75" x 100". Not going to tackle another one this size for a long long time! Love doing throws, couch-size blankets, and baby quilts!

Whoooa! Don't let those people play mind games on you. They know diddly!!!!!!!

Look at the heritage quilts ..... no long arm stitching and filled with whatever they had available, used or new.

You have one precious and beautiful quilt!
ENJOY it !!!!!
.... and put your brain on IGNORE for those who are quilt ignorant!
