Where did she go to college? My daughter also got her doctorate-in medieval lit-from Notre Dame and has been teaching at the college level for several years. Having been in your spot, I know how proud you are! Congrats to both of you!

Daughters are just amazing. My daughter went back to school to get her masters. She is a single mom with 2 boys who are both in sports year around. Still managed to work full time and got her degree. They are sure something to be proud of.
