I think is is very pretty. Doesn't look like it would be too hard. The "applique" is actually a print, so that makes it a lot easier. Should be beautiful when you get it finished.

I saw the applique right away - it's on the dresden part in the corners. It is a beautiful quilt for sure - lots of work and lots of different blocks which should be a fun challenge. Good luck.

I am disappointed that it is a print. After all the beautiful piecing, etc., a "cheater cloth". I think if I were making same, I would make the Dresden plate "real". Just me speaking!! S

Sorry, it isn't the dresdent plate I was referring to. I completely missed them. Will have to go back and take a closer look. I was referring to the larger panels.

I ordered my kit from Sew Natural. Have you ever heard of the company? I hope I get what I ordered.

I did take a look and the center panel and all of the blocks are makeable. I don't see any panels.

To the ladies why are making this quilt as a BOM, are any of the blocks panels? I recall reading that some have two or three blocks completed. Just wondering. Suz

She has a blog where we can post pictures or ask questions.

i picked this BOM because I loved the dresden plates in the corners and the center block. You will love the fabrics too. Chocolates, pinks and greens.
Thank you, Renea, for mentioning our BOM.

For interested people, I still have room for 3 more people in this BOM. The fabric and the pattern is far prettier than what you see in the pictures.
