Truly a wonderful blessing you are! If all QB members made just one....think of the impact!! I'm going to start tonight.

That is so touching - even more so because the family contacted you. That is why we do what we do- we know it will be appreciated  I have one done already and thinking about another

Having read posts about how quilt gifts were not appreciated or valued this is so touching about the little girl and her family and also the older woman. Quilts can truly comfort the body and soul.

But as a gentle reminder- this is the exception, not the normal. Many quilts are received and greatly appreciated , but seldom do the givers ever hear back from the receivers, so don't be upset if you never get a Thank You note- we just "know" they are loved

I've sent 3 quilts so far to Alabama to someone I met on the internet. She passed them on to friends who had lost everything and they were SO grateful! I have more ready to send on Monday. And some in progress for Joplin, also.

You all are angels and will reap your rewards in Heaven... I look forward to finishing my work sewing so I can contribute some quilts, too. I think they will need them right on into next winter.

Gifts from the heart warm the soul.

I'd like a "like" button. :)
