    I like the first one, makes the flower squares the focus of the quilt. The second one (floral border) competes with the floral blocks.

    wow, first of all that turned out gorgeous. Second, I don't think you can go wrong with either one. Have you thought of a tiny black border then the large red boarder? :)

    Another thought if you need more of a border is a very narrow red one with a wider black one.

    Both look great so go with which color you like best for where you will use the quilt. I find myself drawn to the red.
