Ditto to the other comments. I've had my Go for over a year and love it, especially the applique dies.

This may be a repeat. I wrote out a reply and hit SEND, but I don't see it here! Now I forget what I wrote. Here's some of it.

I love my Accuquilt GO!

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis.........some days my hands are weak and my fingers can't grip the rotary cutter. This helps me so much. The company gives free patterns and great instructions.

I just ordered my GO! from Fabric Hut thru Amazon and I can't wait to get it! I also ordered the 2 1/2 die set.
I should be getting sometime next week so I'll be stalking the UPS guy starting Monday.
Now what's going to be my first project.....

I don't have one, but am looking to get one but which one is easiest to use? What are the most useful dies?

I have a Go and love it! I buy most of my dies on ebay and have never had a problem.

The Go has actually been on sale at Joann's the past couple of campaigns for $199. I've been wanted one but not sure I can justify the cost right now - I have the $ but that's a lot of money to put out for a tool. When you buy the cutting machine does anything come with it?

Thanks June for asking the question. I had wondered about the Go cutter as well. Welcome back and Happy Birthday!

Love mine! I bought it (very gently) used on the Yahoo group Sewitsforsale.

I do like strips done with it - fast and always perfectly straight - but love it for odd shapes and triangles. If you do applique, it's so much faster than tracing/cutting. And I'd never have done my tumbler quilt if I had to cut arond templates for all those pieces. Triangles also are a breeze, with the corners snipped everything matches up so nicely for sewing.

I also love mine. Got it as a Christmas gift. I would never had spent that much money, but it is great. Love it for 2.5 inch strips. Cut out the Blazing Star and was sewing before I would have had half of the pieces cut by hand. Happy Birthday! :D
