Welcome. I think you could put the name/make of your machine in the title to post with your question in the Main section on this Board. Someone who has one might see that easier that in the text and be able to answer your question. Did that make any sense to you? Hope so.

Where bouts in central FL? My husband and I are form Tampa. Have family there, St Pete, Winter Haven, Bartow and here we are in TX but LOVE it here, if we don't melt or the whole place doesn't burn down we are here to stay. 111 today.
So sorry about your machine. I have a high end Brother domestic machine that would never machine quilt. A dealer other then the one I bought it from told me with the tension system it has it would be impossible for it to machine quilt. I bought it several yrs ago hopefully it is different now. Does beautiful embroidery though. It is so frustrating when you spend a small fortune on these things. Do you have a dealer you can go back to? If so keep at them.
