This is my 2nd antique quilt I have finished for someone. It came as a top and I quilted, scalloped the edge and bound it. This was a great Grandmother's garden and I believe it is 20's or 30's fabric. It had been given to the Gentleman as he used to help the lady out when he was a young boy and he wanted it quilted for their bed. I was in very good condition. The lady was in her 90's when she passed but had his name on it. Love that older generation. They were a great bunch of loved people. Thanks for looking at this wonderful queen sized quilt.

It is too gorgeous for words. I'm glad someone has it who appreciates it

What a precious treasure. Be sure to write the histoey down; maybe print it on fabric, make a pocket and sew it on the back.
Yes, it was a more gentle, loving time.

Absolutely beautiful, colors and scalloped edges, really adds so much to it. So good of you to finish it for him. Great job.
