My good friend Larry gave me a table just like that, portable to take with you, the legs fold up for storage. Great deal!

I just told the lady I was looking for a sewing machine and she said she had one and the price on it was $1.00. I also got a chenille bedspread for a dollar and a box of material for a dollar. She just wanted the stuff gone. Lucky me.

You've got me beat.

I bought a $5 sewing machine yesterday at a rummage sale. It's in a case and weighs a ton. I've not looked at it yet. Kid at sale carried it to the car for me and it may stay in the trunk a day or two until I get the nerve to try to pick it up.

I wanted another machine for our church group. Hope it works well and is not too heavy to deal with. The heaviest
monster I've ever tried to move.
