This subject keeps coming up all the time.
I have tried all three of these methods and did not like any of them. I still have a bunch of the Ta-Das left.
Now I use Quilt in a Day's method, works best for me.
I do use thangles for very large HST like 6 in. But it sure is a strange size to cut for a square.

I use triangulations software. I can print any size and any amount I need. Stitch length to 1.3.

    I like Thangles
    Shorten your stitch
    Crease the paper before removing
    It works for me

I have never used thangles, but I love love love Marin & Colusa's Stitching Lines. Check out their site and the short videos. Couldn't be easier.

Sorry for the double post. The mail lady knocked. I was distracted as usual.

I bought a bunch of thangles for a project a long time ago - when they first came out - thought they would be great time savers. LOL!! The project got buried with other 'would like to do some day' & other UFOs and I never did make it or use them :) Guess I should try to find them and try them out :) I definitely will be reading all of your great tips!

I have used triangles on a roll, and really liked them. You can also make your own grid. If you don't need hundreds of them, do them without paper. I have not used thangles.
