Well -"sniffle, sniffle" stepped on the scale this morning and gained - very disappointed. I guess I really should have expected it seeing that I've been up and down all month no matter what I've done. I have to change something this month and see what happens. Congrats to all for your accomplishments and to the winner. This was the first time I've been in on something here - now if I understand I'm to pm irishrose for the info and wait a few days for the winner to be posted and than send out the fq - right? Oops - have a dr appt - gotta go - so I will check back later. You all have a great day! Enjoy and Keep losing.

my feeling is, if you don't lose at least 5 lbs yyou don't need to e-mail the leader. the winner should be posted fairly soon and then you pm the winner for their address and send the "less than skinny, but it IS losing weight" quarter to them. water, water, water. it gives and it taketh away!

Drum roll, please ****** the winner is charity-crafter with a 10 pound loss ***********. Please PM her for her snail mail address and send a losing quarter (nancia says we don't like the word fat).
Charity-crafter, congratulations and please post in the July thread so people can find you easily. I know there's a list, but there is easier.
Congratulations are in order to all who participated. Even if the weight loss wasn't there or low, it says to me we are taking responsibility for the parts of our health we can control. For those of us who lost everywhere from my 1 pound to c-c's 10 pounds, good for us. I especially like the 7, 8 and 9s. It means those of you in this group were close to or at the nice 2 pound a week loss. Xylie's 5 is reasonable for most people.
Okay, now pop over to the July challenge and sign up if you haven't done so. And please post there often. Judy
