    Awwwwwww - They are not that bad. In the right project they could be outright cute.

    Ugly is in the eye of the beholder.

    I'm sorry I don't have a picture. I used a simple square with star points around it and a blue border. and then a plain back of turquoise flowers.

    I really like the fabric. I am in the process of cutting scraps I have into 2.5 inch squares, and I see all sorts of fun squares with this fabric!

    I am not sure why a baby quilt. It doesn't look the remotest like a baby quilt. And a stack and whack? Why? doesn't that cut it up into tiny pieces so that you don't recognize the pattern?

    I think that a few of us actually LIKE the design. I like picture fabrics--maybe that's part of it. I think they are cool. I like this one and to me it doesn't look at all "babyish".
