I found a vintage Singer machine madr in 1908, model # D 1267854. Does anyone have information on this machine? I had no luck when I tried. Thank you in advance....

Your Singer 27 was commissioned to be made on August 18, 1909. There were 50,000 numbers assigned on that day. Your number is near the front of that run, and I would GUESS that your machine was probably made in September or October of 1909.
The next run of model 27 machines was commissioned on October 26, 1909.
