Hope to have blocks going out in a couple of days, sorry to keep you all waiting but they don't allow sewing machines in the hospital rooms, my Mom's, not me. She has been in and out all summer. She has respatory, and heart problems, We hope she is on the mend now

Sorry to see your Mom hasn't been well this summer, hopefully she will be back to being naughty before long (I know my Mom is naughty so I have to guess that everyone's Mom is naughty too in their own way).

I just can't image the gall of them not allowing a sewing machine in her room...the gentle hum would be quieter than some of the nurses in the hallways. Oh well, hopefully this won't be a problem any more this summer (or fall or winter).

Off to college! Yeah, what ever will you do with all the extra groceries in your house? If your son is like mine was, the food bill will decrease by an unreal amount...more fabric money for you!
That is until he comes back to visit at holidays and expects you to make up for all his sad dorm meals, lol.

Good luck getting him ready and enjoy a deep breath before you jump into the blocks again.

Congrats on raising a child that wants to continue learning!

Moonwork42019, I had no trouble removing the paper. Just had to run my fingernail over it.

LadyIlene, I love the kitty! Even with the bees, she looks kind of Christmassy.

Thanks again! I should be able to mail out the last of my blocks tomorrow. Then I'll check to see if I have enough of anyone's fabric left to send them a surprise 2nd block. Some have already gotten 2nd blocks and some will not get one since I used so much of their fabric on the 1st one.

I'm looking forward to receiving 18 more blocks (this does not include the 3 who have never sent their F8s)
Yeah...I'm glad the rest of the paper came off for you.

Aren't the variety of kitties cute...I love my kitty from her too.

I've received my 2nd block from you and my husband was thrilled with both of them...you are so kind to do them. I haven't managed to have enough fabric left of anyone's to do a second...in fact on a couple I was sweating to have enough to finish the first one.

I have received 20 blocks. I have kept all the envelopes (20) so I could keep better track and compare my notes. I have not received from (13blocks):

Frogquilter
Gramiebj
jaciqltznot
jupiter
NurseBonnie
QuilterMomma
Scollard

If I am in error on any of this please pm me and I will look into it.

Happy quilting!

I know I have not sent any of my return blocks out yet. I am working on them right now. I have been having fun shopping in my garage for fabric to match. It will be at least another week before they are done and mailed. I am working really.

If this doesn't match your records, please let me know.

Thanks :)

I am hoping to make it to the post office this week to start returning blocks. I have most of them done. I will update when they are gone.
