    to change the Title, just look above your first posting to the far left and see the words Change Title post or Edit Title posting and click on that and edit it. easy.

    I love your tote. The straps aren't too wide. I suppose with the next one you could make them narrower if you used fusible fleece in them for more padding.

    So cute...love the wide straps, especially when carrying books in the bag. Thin straps always hurt my shoulders.

    very nice, is the quilting done by a quilting machine, when I try ti quilt on my sewing machine, it does not come out well unless I am quilting straight lines...

    Love the wide straps!
    Just a construction note: make sure you double, even tripple stitch the handles, especially if your mom is planning on carrying books. They are really heavy! Extending the handles into the body of the purse about an inch or so and securing with stitches in an "X" pattern is a good practice.
    Love the colors too!

    I love totes, and have made tons for myself and gifts!! I love yours!! And you're right, the straps are just right for carrying heavy books.

    The fabrics are great, and I think your mom is gonna love it.
