    What an awesome quilt. I can't even begin to think of working with satin. She did wonderful work. That is truly a heirloom.

    Wow - that's fantastic!! I can't imagine trying to do that by hand OR machine without it slipping everywhere!!

    OK, which one of you is going to be the first to take the challenge to quilt on satin???? :roll: :roll:

    Oh this is a Keeper, What a wonderful addtion to the family keep sake.
    To be able to say your great grandmother handled this piece and put may hours of love into it.
