I press after I chain piece. It'll take too long if I did one by one :)

You should do well with the quilting. I would love to see your project. And see it quilted.
I love to quilt smaller projects. They go so much faster. But I usually end up doing big ones. I have a lot of tops I need to quilt. But it's slow going doing it by hand which I prefer. I do have some machine quilted that a friend did for me.
Can't wait to see your pics.

I figure that's the way I'll do mine also. But I will have to watch which way my seams run when I go to put my bigger blocks together.

I got mine cut out yesterday. It really didn't take me long at all to get them cut.

I wanted to thank Ashley from Arizona for the 1.5 charms I recieved today. I love them all. And can't wait to put them into a block. Your note didn't have your board name on it.

what an inspiration. I just joined the 1.5" block swap because I hate to throw out anything and thought it would be a great way to use up my scraps. I'm gonna try hand piecing these. I won't be completing them as fast as you!
Great job, can't wait to see the finished product.

That's what I plan on doing also, hand pieceing. So it will take a while to get any size very fast.
