Ok guys help me out please.

I know the biggest method is top, batting, back, quilt and bind. I know the roll over the back fabric twice to make binding method. But I can't for the life of me remember the method that was first taught me. It involved The top facing the back and then I think the batting, sew all around leaving an area open, and then you pull the entire inside out, and voila you have a quilt with no binding and then hand sew the opening.

I can't remember the which way you put the top or back.

right sides together with batting on the back - so it is outside on a wrong side- when you turn it it will be on the inside. The method is called pillow casing

For utility quilts (those that are going to be washed a lot), it is appropriate to machine stitch the edges. It is also economical with fabric to either turn the edges of the backing fabric to the front or use the pillow casing (also called the birthing method).
