Still watching all the news reports regarding "Irene". Glad you didn't have too much damage. My prayers for all those there were affected by the hurricane and it's aftermath.

I live in CT and just went about 48 hours without electricity and was climbing the walls. I was thinking about inventing a battery powered sewing machine. We live in a condo, so no generators allowed. I can't believe how it affected me.

I'm feeling for you.. I can't imagine what you are going through.. We lucked out, and all is fine.. We are 1/2 mile from the bay that goes into the ocean.. two miles away..
