Too cute, in one picture it looks like she is giving the quilt a critical eye, however, she must have liked what she saw, so she slept on it. My cat can be in the other room, but if I lay down a piece of fabric in my sewing room, here she comes to lay claim to it. It's one layer of fabric, how could it be any more comfortable than my bed? Pretty quilt and pretty kitty.

Mine does the same thing. She doesn't think I can do it without her.

Love it she is beautiful. I don't mind so much when my decides to inspect the quilt and lay out, it is when she inspects the sewing process. If she decides it is time for her lap time, she likes to get between me and the machine so I cannot see what I am trying to do.

Yesterday I was trying to measure for boarders and each time I would lay the boarder across the quilt my son's cat would run and slide across and mess everything up. I had to lock him in a bedroom. They can be so much help sometimes.

mine likes to help sew at the machine, sit on it if hand quilting, lay on it if MQ.
i laid out a bed quilt for my niece to pin baste, and i had not only the cat, in my avatar, but also the choc lab sitting nest to me watching every pin.
