Do many of you quilters keep your batting scraps?

I save mine to use for a variety of things: piece it and use it with smaller quilts and wall hangings, practice quilting pieces, one layer for pot holders and the list goes on and on. actually have a big tub where I put all the scraps. haven't tried the tape but have a multi point zig zag stitch that I use to join the edges after I've triming.

I don't have room to keep it all. I toss the smaller pieces.
However, there is an org. here that does a lot of charity work. They love to have the scrap so stuff inside their snakes. It's a long tube of fabric with something inside to help the premmies feel like they are still in the womb.

I keep it all The big pieces can go into quilts with the Heat Press Batting Together - so fast. I make bags so I keep even the strips that are 1-3" wide to use in handles. The slivers go into my "scraps for stuffing" bag for pillows.
