I really like that black fabric with the roses. Nice block.

My final blocks were sent out this morning. Here are those who need to be watching the mail:

brenda 5
dogsgod
LADYILENE
rejenea
scollard
tapngram

If you want to see a preview go to:

http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-124817-4.htm

I had a lot of fun working with everyone's fabrics during this swap. Amazingly, with my meager stash I was able to match nearly every F8, the only exception being holiday fabric for rejenea's block. I used a different pattern for each swap, most pieced, some paper-pieced, and one with templates. I'm no longer afraid of the dreaded inset seams! Thank you all for swapping with me and contributing to my learning experiences.

I'm looking forward to the homecoming of my remaining blocks so I can put my top together. :-D

Oh I agree. The poor little thing is probably so scared. Hope he is returned immediately or found so nothing happens.

Definitely have a new strategy for the Boom 6 swap. I am going to do each one of them as the f8 comes in like some of you ladies did. I will have all my envelopes printed and ready to go so then can send out immediately instead of getting myself in the late person jam. I have all mine out, but pushed it to the wire. This was fun and well worth the effort. Now to get my tops done so can take over for Thanksgiving and give the brother-in-law his quilt all done. Thanks for the assist ladies.
