I usually see something I must make & don't worry who or where? But someone always wants almost everything I make.

I make them because I enjoy doing and don't always know who will get it. I have some folded and stacked - enjoy looking at them and using them -OK I'll be honest I really enjoy looking at them more than using them.

I don't know when I buy the fabric, but I do when I make the quilt

I don't always know before I plan, but I usually know before I start.

I will get up in the middle of the night to rearrange thing, because a random thought made me decide something would look better than what I had....so no, no idea where my wall hanging will be hanging, lol.

What is worse, driving into town to go get fabric, there was a program on NPR about an artist who used bones, feathers, leather, etc...and I started thinking about the contents of my garage. I may have to start a second piece using some of my "natural" items along with the fabrics. Lol. Left-handers.

I have long since run out of wall space. I just make what I know I'm going to enjoy making and looks easy enough to make fairly fast. After that, I just let the chips fall ...
And in spite of that, I never seem to have quilts on my hands that nobody wants. How lucky can you get !!??
