Mine bloomed late too. And I think the squirrels helped plant seeds in different places, because I have vines coming up all over the place.

I had planted pole beans. They were finally growing and two days ago they bloomed as morning glories. Don't know where they came from, certainly not from me. :-)

I have morning glories amid my beans, too. But the flowers on mine are purple, not blue. They self sow, rather exuberantly, so they are both beautiful, and a weed, in my garden.
