This has been a fun swap ladies and I truly love the blocks I received. I have them hanging on the design wall right now and trying to figure out a sashing, zinger, and border. I have the backing already. Will post real soon. Thank you all for your wonderful understanding and grace on my being last minute, but on time thankfully. We are all blessed to have such wonderful people on this board and swap.

Thank you, April, for keeping us informed. It's helpful in planning a setting for this quilt to know if more blocks are expected to be arriving or not. I had a setting planned for 33 blocks knowing we weren't going to be receiving from two members, but I can alter that arrangement down to 29 blocks pretty easily if no more blocks are coming home.

Either way, I'm excited to begin putting my quilt together. I didn't love the fabric I sent out. It's not my typical style or colors but I kept coming back to it over and over as I searched the store for just the right thing. Thanks to my swap partners, I LOVE my fabric now. The blocks I've received in this swap are all so beautiful! THANK YOU dear partners for all of your work and sharing in this swap!!

I haven't forgotten everyone. I am working on the blocks now.. Nothing has changed here only gotten worse. We found out my hubby has cancer for the second time and my sister just found out she has female cancer. I am back to sewing maybe it will keep my mind off of things.Have my grandsons since thursday night, their mother is in the hospital.
Anyway here is the list of the blocks i haven't gotten it is shorter than the ones i have.

Brenda, I'm so sorry to hear of your troubles. I'll be praying for your family.

I mailed your block out on Sept. 6th. I used solid black with the red swirly fabric. The pattern was called "Twelve Triangles". I can post a picture for you later tonight if that will help.

brenda, here is the block I sent you. I do hope it has arrived. If you're sure it hasn't, please let me know. I think I may have enough of your F8 left to make another block. (And my mistake earlier . . . obviously it was solid red I used to compliment your fabric, not solid black).

Hello Everyone,
For those of you who are still waiting on blocks can you please look at the following list ( http://www.quiltingboard.com/group_a...sp?gracnum=204 ) and see if someone you are waiting for a block from is on it? If so please PM me (DO NOT POST ON THE THREAD) I am pretty sure I know the answers I am going to get but I want to double check with my swappers.
