Maybe once I grow up I will know what I want to be. As for now I was a realtor, hubby decided to buy property and open up a campground so I had a craft store and a Christmas store to get us threw. I have since closed those stores, now I am maintenance and book keeping at our campground, I raise organic chickens for meat and eggs and love to organic garden. Right now I am trying to get some campers to start getting together to quilt.

WOW! Our worlds have a crossing point. I work in the Family and Consumer Sciences Department at Western Michigan University. Part of our department is fashion design and merchandising. It is such a pleasure to see the students learning to sew, draw and create their garments and accessories. A good number of them have gone on to work in Chicago, New York and beyond. Our student professional organization raises between $10 - $15,000 every year for charity at their two fashion shows that showcase their own designs. Nice to meet designer on this blog.

Retired now but DH and I owned a real estate appraisal firm in SoCal. I was an appraiser but did mostly overflow at busy times. My "real" job was office manager, AR/AP, data entry, filing, errand running, IT manager, HR, work flow manager, etc.

You know - Mrs. do what needs doing in a small biz :-)
