They just change screen name and email and start again. The delete is the best option.

This kind of thing has been going on forever. When I was a kid my name was in the paper with my parents' name (incorrectly spelled) and the next week I got a letter with the misspelled name-- a tale of misery and the plea that since I was a Girl Scout I should send money. Very upsetting for an eleven-year-old.
