my mommaw didn't cut her strips to any set size. some were wider on one end than the other I like that look. when you get the block as big as you want it then just square it up

I made one and used my used dryer sheets as a foundation. You can cut them to whatever size you want. Worked great. I love your quilt. I'm sure it will be greatly loved and appreciated.
