    I use flannel on almost all of my quilts. When I use flannel they just seem to get used more often. When I use binding I have not issues with stretching but I also prewash. Once I did not and it really pulled at the binding. I did one pillow quilt and I found it did stretch but once I washed it was fine. I do like the binding look much better though. I do have an accuiquilt and cut out the blocks. The tumbler is my favorite. I will make something different for my next several quilts.

    Our quilt group has a cutter and we just raffled off a tumbler scrappy quilt. It is a nice pattern.
