Sometimes you just gotta take a break. You did a wonderful job on the piecing and the quilting. The quilt is georgious!

This is a stunner and your quilting is wonderful. What a lovely treasure for your daughter. Can't you just imagine the joy in her face when this is opened on Christmas morning! Great job. Thank you for sharing.

My machine was working so horribly that I gave up after spending more time trying to get it stitching well than I was actually quilting.

Yesterday I just walked into the room and started quilting. No warming it up, no testing, nothing. Of course it worked just fine and I finished the quilting this morning. I have the binding about ready to sew on so it will be almost a year in the making. It's for my daughter and maybe THIS Christmas she'll get it.
