Here is what I found online

London is 5:0 hours ahead of Des Moines
That means when it is 9:00 am in Des Moines, it is 2:00 pm in London

We are the same as Des Moines

    Rhonda:

That would be wonderful of you to do that. I received EQ6 in 2007 as a gift from my son and have yet to use the program. I'm intimidated by the instructions & no time to read them all. I'd much rather prefer a Cliff notes version of EQ6. I'll be looking for your instructions.

    Thanks,

    Birdhse
