Looks like most of us would love more space regardless of how much we already have. I've been trying to talk my hubby into breaking down the wall between the sewingroom and guestroom but every time he agrees something changes my mind. Oh well........

I can't even imagine not having a sewing machine!

A studio.

I can't get along without my sewing machine.

I can live without any of it, but could not quilt without at least one sewing machine.
Or even cabinets and countertops on three wall.

No doubts about it I would HAVE to get me a MUCH bigger
sewing room and fill it with tons of storage drawers, shelves
and add in some new machines huge cutting surface.

What I can't live without?
My computer and online quilting friends. Since I do not
have many friends who UNDERSTAND my need for the
fabric stash I love being able to discuss my need for
sewing and quilting heck even for designing a quilt layout.

I would get my Phaff 2140 repaired....one of the boards is apparently dead and I can't afford to get it repaired (and the nearest dealer is 100 miles away). Then I would learn to use it to it's capacity! Oh yes..then I would send all my finished tops to Charisma to quilt for me!!

What I wouldn't want to live without would be my stash and sewing machine that works!

I'd hate to have to do without my rotary cutter and my shape cut ruler for cutting strips. With my neck and arm problem, I couldn't cut my pieces if I had to use scissors. What I'd like to add, well, more space would be good, but I'd probably just fill that up too, LOL. So instead I'll choose better lighting for my room.

If money was no problem, I'd have a much larger sewing room. My sewing room is too small. The one thing I would not want to do without is my Bernina sewing machine.

I would buy the fanciest Gammill Longarm quilting machine with the Statler stitcher! What I have that I can't live without... that is harder because there are several things.. probably my fancy Rowenta iron.
