Default Best Batting for a Wall Hanging?

I've made very few wall hangings and I'm not sure what batting will be best. Can anyone give me some recommendations? Thanks so much.

I use the warm and natural needled cotton batting. I also quilt my quilts with this.

I do a lot of wall hangings and swear by the Warm & Natural cotton batting.

I like Warm and Natural. Also like Dream Green because it helps the planet by recycling plastic bottles.

I prefer Pellon fleece as it stays firm and hangs straight. Also doesnt get fold marks. Thermolam plus is another favorite of mine too.

Default fusible batting for wall hanging quilt?

Do those of you who recommend Pellon fleece or thermolam use fusible? How does that work with quilting the wall hanging? I like the idea that it will stay firm and hang straight but I have never used fusible materials in my wall hangings. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated!
