Right place at the right time! She is an angel in disguise. And you are hers for giving her things a new home.

Wow you did receive a good deal and I'll bet it made your friend feel good for another quilter to be able to use her treasures.

On the inside of the books there should be a page that gives you the copyright date. That should tell you at least the year it was printed. If there are other printings of the books, it usually gives you that too if you are using a second or third printing. That way you can at least put them in order by year. Hope this helps.

    10) The Quilter's Homecoming
    11) The New Year's Quilt
    12) The Winding Ways Quilt
    13) The Quilter's Kitchen
    14) The Lost Quilter

You did really well! So sorry about your friend though. Most books have a published date on the fly sheet..that should help with putting them in order.

The great thing about Jennifer Chiaverinni books is that while they are written in a certain order, it's not absolutely imperative that you read them in that order. I've read some of her last books before the first ones, and it didn't make a whole lot of difference, because you get enough background in each book that they could stand alone.

I'm sorry about your friend's eyesight, but I'm glad you got all this great stuff!
