Default Finally finished my first OBW

It took me ages to decide how to quilt it, in the end I just did wavy diagonal lines to follow the pattern. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, the original fabric is in the borders. This is my first time posting pictures on the new board so I hope it works.

Beautiful. I would like to try one--one day. Maybe after the holidays.

I love how you did the borders in blocks to break up the straight lines of fabric. I haven't finished mine yet, mostly because I just didn't know how to quilt it, but will probably take your info of just following the lines of the blocks. That sounds like I could do that.

Sew pretty. I love how you did the border. It really finishes the quilt nicely!

I like the dark pink colors of this one. You did a great job on the border too. I guess it will be next year before I attempt my OBW. I'm trying to finish up my brother's Christmas quilt right now.
