Thanks! I was trying to keep in mind that there are drug addicted preemies out there... and the quilt was the product of thinking about that... lol

I think it's great! Try ironing it then stitch along the edges, or as someone else suggested, see about an inch from the edge to give it a border so to speak. I think those two things will make it look pretty sharp. This is a wonderful ministry for those babies in need. There needs to be more people in this world like you that are willing to give of their time and talents to help those in need... no matter how tiny they are!

I think it looks masculine, and I hear they usually get more feminine looking quilts. It will be well-received, I'm sure!
