I got the fabric and the directions to make the 12 half-square triangles with that block. I found them as hard to do as that block. It is not easy sewing a diagonal 14" block. I had the most trouble marking it. even with a long ruler, the fabric wanted to slip while marking it. I tried the red pencil and finally settled on the miracle markers by miraclechalk.com. Because I didn't refer back to the finished quilt picture, I just cut the navy fabric/floral clusters with no regard to how I cut them. As a result, the clusters do not line up evenly with seam and they look wonky. At least to me they do.
