    One other consideration: contrary to what sellers might tell you, these machines are *not* rare. While there are certain machines that may be, relatively speaking (think blackside, original bed decal, etc.), these were a mass-produced item. Since there is not a case, you may want to consider countering the seller's $250 price tag.

    does sonyone know where you can get a manuel that tell how to ust the attachments?

    Well, its been 2 days and I have not heard back from the seller. We last emailed each other on Sunday and she was supposed to get a shipping quote for me. I have yet to hear back so I will give her a few more days then start looking again. Actually, I am going to keep looking just nothing serious.

    You can buy a new case for a featherweight. Looks to be in super condition. Does it sew?

    sew classic is a good place to get your bobbins , I got some from sew classic and I am happy with them.
